Bus Simulator Indonesia is a 3D bus driving game that offers players two different modes to explore an in-game map. Users can select maps based on real cities in Indonesia and travel on streets that are faithfully reproduced right down to the turns. It offers a practice mode as well as a single-player campaign.

The practice mode lets players drive any of the game's maps freely, which gives them the freedom to get used to the slightly unusual controls. Steering is done either by tapping the screen or tilting your mobile device from side to side. Experienced players can eventually graduate to a virtual steering wheel that provides the most authentic experience.

You're free to select between several different camera angles as well as an in-cabin view that feels the most realistic. Once you're used to the game's driving mechanic, you'll be in a good position to try the more challenging campaign mode.

Players start this with a simple bus and have to complete routes on a regular basis, which helps them to earn money they can spend on additional buses. Eventually, you'll start earning enough money to open your own bus company. At that point, you'll be given the option of managing a fleet of buses while still driving your own.

That gives BUSSID, as it's often called, the feel of a sophisticated tycoon-style game as well as a driving simulator. While it might be seen as a slightly off-beat combination, this title certainly makes it work in a way that's quite challenging.
